How are you thinking about measuring AI visibility in a way that’s actually actionable for users?

I think about AI visibility as “Are you consistently chosen when users are close to a decision?” not just mentioned. The actionable way to measure it is to track real, high-intent questions your audience actually asks, then monitor three simple signals: inclusion (are you recommended at all), position (are you in the main answer vs. buried), and framing (are you described positively, neutrally, or negatively). When those metrics move, you know exactly what to fix in your content, positioning, or proof points.
